SMPS Nashville Mentoring Program
SMPS Nashville's Mentor Program is returning for its second year, connecting entry-level marketers and business developers in the AEC industry with seasoned professionals. The goal is simple: foster significant personal and professional growth for every participant.
This nine-month commitment offers benefits for everyone involved. Protégés and mentors alike will gain career insights, sharpen key skills, maximize the value of their SMPS membership, and cultivate trusted, lasting relationships.
The program runs from January to September 2026, kicking off with an introductory event and concluding with a celebration. It's voluntary and open to all SMPS Nashville members in good standing, with an expected commitment of about 1–2 hours per month.
Program Chair Susannah Medley will support your journey by providing suggested monthly topics and resources. While virtual meetings are an option, pairs are strongly encouraged to meet in-person for the best experience. The program also includes two additional in-person events designed to further enhance networking and learning for all participants.
